Dr. David Lazarchik received his dental degree from the University of Florida in 1984 and completed General Practice Residency training at the University of Alabama. He served as Director of the General Practice Residency Program at the University of Alabama, practiced hospital dentistry at Carilion Health System in Roanoke, VA, and taught Comprehensive Care Dentistry at the Dental College of Georgia. Dr. Lazarchik is currently Associate Dean for Clinical Initiatives and Program Development at Western University’s College of Dental Medicine in Pomona, California. One of his major areas of interest is dental erosion and GERD.
