Dr. Laureen Langer graduated from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery in 1982 and obtained her Certificate in Periodontology in 1984. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and a fellow of the Academy of Osseointegration. She was president of the Osseointegration Foundation in 2001 and president of the Northeastern Society of Periodontists in 2002. She was awarded the Hirschfeld Award for Clinical Excellence in 2006. In 2008 she was included in the 11th Annual Top Clinicians in Continuing Education.
