Jack Martin, MD

Dr. Jack Martin received his MD from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in 1975. He has been involved in the practice of medicine, medical teaching and medical research for over 30 years. A specialist in cardiology, his interest in oral health has been heightened by the growing awareness of the connection between oral and systemic disease, including cardiovascular disease. Dr. Martin is the chief medical officer of PeriRx, LLC, which is developing salivary diagnostic tests for the surveillance of oral cancer and other systemic disorders.
