Dr. Barrett completed his undergraduate degree in marine ecology at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada and received his D.D.S. and M.Sc. in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Toronto. He is a staff pediatric dentist at SickKids Hospital in Toronto and assistant professor at The University of Toronto. His research interests include the management of severe dental injuries to the permanent dentition and the dental management of medically compromised children. He is also in private specialty practice of pediatric dentistry.
